1. App Overview

SareeAI is a mobile application designed to help users transform their photos into beautiful saree portrait-style characters using AI technology. The app offers both free and premium subscription features for photo transformation, saree style customization, multiple regional looks, and high-resolution output capabilities.

SareeAI Premium includes:

• Unlimited photo-to-saree portrait transformations
• Access to all saree styles (Traditional Regional, Vintage Bollywood, Modern Fusion, Classical)
• High-resolution output (up to 4K quality)
• Advanced customization options (poses, colors, draping styles, backgrounds)
• No watermarks on final images
• Batch processing for multiple photos
• Priority processing with faster generation times
• Export options optimized for printing and social media
• Access to premium jewelry and accessory options
• Priority customer support
• Early access to new styles and regional variations

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

• iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
• Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

SareeAI does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the app in accordance with these terms
• Not share your premium account access with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use photo transformation features responsibly and ethically
• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
• Not create saree portraits of others without their consent
• Ensure uploaded photos comply with content policies
• Not use the app for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content creation

• Users must not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Created saree portraits are for personal use unless proper permissions are obtained

SareeAI's photo processing involves:

• Temporary processing of uploaded photos on secure servers for AI transformation
• Photos are processed using advanced AI models to create saree portrait characters
• Original photos are not stored permanently on our servers
• Generated saree portraits are saved to your device automatically
• Processing data is used only for service functionality and improvement

11. Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their original photos. For AI-generated saree portrait content:

• Generated saree portraits are created for your personal use
• Commercial use of generated content may require additional permissions
• Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of generated content
• SareeAI does not claim ownership of your generated saree portraits
• Users should respect third-party intellectual property when creating portraits

The following content is prohibited in SareeAI:

• Inappropriate, explicit, or adult content
• Images of minors without proper parental consent
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Photos of individuals without their consent
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that violates privacy rights
• Spam or misleading content

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including uploaded photos and generated content.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SareeAI at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

SareeAI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to issues with AI processing results or generated content quality.

17. AI Technology Disclaimer

AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy. SareeAI uses advanced AI technology but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Users understand that AI processing is experimental technology and results may not always meet expectations.

18. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, AI processing issues, and subscription management. Support does not include personalized content creation advice or artistic consultation.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
